Whitsunday Anglican School
Whitsunday Anglican Schoolis a co-educational independent school in Mackay, Queensland, Australia. The Mackay region of Queensland is one of the ‘100 wonders of the World’, a tourist location to the Great Barrier Reef and one of the fastest growing cities in the country. Set in 10 hectares of lush verdant grounds, the school enrols 850 boys and girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 and has an academic inclination while encouraging a balanced range of character developing activities. They are strong in drama, music, service learning, debating and sport. A feature of the exchange experience at Whitsunday Anglican School will be the opportunity to take part in the annual Year 10 Whitsunday Camp.
